The Community Needs Assessment is a process for determining needs or "gaps" between current conditions and desired conditions or "wants". The information collected through the needs assessment process forms part of the foundation for the CHDI Board of Directors and staff to develop a Strategic Plan that outlines the agency’s priorities for the next three years.
